CHDFS Inc. is currently providing services to families in NYC throughout Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.  We have been active subcontractors with local contracting agencies for the Home and Community Based Service Waiver Program and Bridges to Health Program.  We also provide services to New York Mental Health Association in Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.   With collaboration, support, and a community based approach, we believe we can influence social service and the way it is provided.
